Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- No signs of damage, stains, or alterations
- Invoice/receipt is included with the return
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear (bras, panties, etc.) for hygiene reasons
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale items purchased during clearance events
How to Return
Request Return
Log in, go to My Orders, open the order, tap the three dots menu, and select Return this order.
Pack the Item
Securely pack the item with all original tags, packaging, and the invoice.
Schedule Pickup
Our courier partner will pick up the item from your doorstep within 2-3 business days.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and verify the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method:
- UPI/Cards/Netbanking: 5-7 business days
- Wallet: 3-5 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days (bank details required)
Exchange Policy
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
